Giveaway Rules

  1. All participants are automatically added to the ChipZone mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time after entering.
  2. Entering false, incomplete or misleading information will void your entries.
  3. Employees of ChipZone and UNET or members of their families are not eligible to win.
  4. The giveaway is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, players agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of ChipZone which are final and binding. ChipZone reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
  5. The giveaway will continue until terminated by ChipZone. ChipZone reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without notice.
  6. The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  7. The drawings will be conducted by ChipZone and UNET whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. and ChipZone is not responsible for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. Winners must respond within seven days of attempted e-mail notification. Certain winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and where lawful, a publicity release within seven days of attempted notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
  8. Prizes will be awarded within eight weeks of drawing closing. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses associated with claiming a prize are the responsibility of the winners.
  9. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants release and hold harmless ChipZone, its directors, employees, and agents from any and against any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize won. By participating in this giveaway you may periodically receive announcements from ChipZone. ChipZone shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability to any person with respect to any advertising materials of third parties appearing on the ChipZone web site or on any other site to which players may link to from the ChipZone site.
  10. All decisions of the judges are final.
